What this is

Wake the Flame ("we", "us") provides educational and motivational content, an AI-powered coaching assistant, and related digital products at waketheflame.com.

Not therapy, medical care, or professional advice

Content and Ignition Coach answers are general motivational education. They are not therapy, psychiatric care, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for a licensed professional. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for how you use anything here. We make no promise about specific life, career, relationship or income outcomes.

Crisis situations

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, this site cannot help with that. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. Outside the US, contact your local emergency number. This site and its coach are not equipped to respond to a crisis and will direct you to these resources instead of attempting to help directly.

Accounts and access

Keep your login private. Memberships are for one person and may not be shared or resold. We may suspend accounts that abuse the coach, share access, or violate these terms.

Payments and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Memberships renew each period until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Any free trial converts to a paid membership unless you cancel before it ends. See the refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the coach to produce illegal, harmful or deceptive content, and do not enter confidential information about other people without their consent.

Content ownership

Guides and Sparks are licensed to you for personal use. You may not copy, republish or resell them. Journal entries and notes you write are yours.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow certain limits, and those limits then apply only as far as the law permits.
