Welcome: Your First Weekly Spark
Every week you get one small, honest push you can act on in under fifteen minutes. No hustle talk, no shame, no pretending big change happens all at once.
This week: the two-minute version
Pick the one thing you have been meaning to start and have not. Now shrink it until it feels almost too easy.
Skip "write the book." Open the document and write one paragraph instead. "Start running" becomes putting on your shoes and walking to the end of the block. Instead of "fix my finances," open one account and look at one number.
The thing I have been avoiding is: ___________ The two-minute version of it is: ___________ I will do the two-minute version by (specific time today): ___________
Try it today
- Fill in the three blanks above, out loud or on paper.
- Do the two-minute version before you do anything else on your list.
- Notice what actually happened. Usually it is not the disaster your brain predicted.
Why this works
Motivation follows action far more often than it leads it. You do not need to feel ready. You need a version of the task small enough that "not ready" stops being a valid excuse. Momentum starts there.
